+ we learn the ways in which our bodies communicate with us.
+ we find our breath in times of stress and struggle.


+ we lean into strength of our muscles and bones only to remember the resilience we carry in our being.
+ we sit in the opening meditations and remember how important we are in our own lives.


+ we celebrate the absolute WIN it is to carve out the time and space to give ourselves the gift of movement, breath and community.

It is my intention to show up every week in my fully glory, in my sadness, in my insecurities, in my radiance, in whatever is alive for me that day — and to give you a space to do the same.
